For a New Englander/Cape Cod Born and raised, Who is allergic to seafood... Had the small hamburger and it was phenomenal! The roll was buttered and grilled to perfection! The entire experience was wonderful! I highly recommend Small Town Burger!
What a great place! I had been showing homes outside of Kilmarnock. I was on my way home, driving through the town, and saw Small Town Burger. The outdoor/food truck set up was inviting even on a windy day. The Lobster Roll sign was the final factor to make me turn in. I ordered two Connecticut Rolls and one Maine. After mentioning to the owner that I would be traveling home with these for my husband and son he offered to package the lobster meat separately from the bun so it would be better when I got it home for my guys. What a great suggestion. The amount of lobster meat in these rolls is generous, just enough binder to hold everything together. Delicious!! I sat and waited by the gas fire pit while our food was prepared and imagined a warmer day sometime soon that I could be back with my family and even have my dog with us. Nice place!
I had lobster rolls from Small Town in Urbana, then a burger in Kilmarnock, both times were delicious. The staff were nice and quick, the food was delish and hot. The seating in the kilmarnock location is a large area, and they’ve got fire pits to keep you warm this winter. I definitely recommend the hot lobster roll, and the Small town burger was plenty of food for me.
I’m from NewEngland visiting, and I’d have to say -that this is one of the better lobster rolls (Ct style with the extra lobstah option) I’ve enjoyed south of New England. Great value and A must visit for lobster roll lovers.
Literally the best burger I’ve ever eaten. I went here with my family and got fries with their small town burger. It was absolutely phenomenal! The sauce, the burger, everything was perfect. I never finish burgers but I just had to finish this one. The fries were pretty good too (crispy and they had this spiciness about them).
Don’t sleep on this gem! Some of the best burgers we’ve ever had! The hot dog and fries were amazing too. It’s so clean, the staff are super nice, just a fun atmosphere and vibe! We will make this a regular visit when we come back.
This an outdoor eating only place. There are restrooms with toilets though. The burgers are SO good! The patty is bigger than the bun,always a YES in my book! The fries are delicious and the donuts!
Hidden gem!!!! Local food truck is a permanent fixture to this cute town. Worth the drive!!!! THE Food is amazing to say the least!!! I had the smash burger and my husband had the lobster roll with extra meat. Hands down, a must try!!!
